Blossoming…
I’ve been keeping busy the last week with 5 people from South Africa visiting Hyderabad.
The company (and distraction) is most welcome, but it does not fill the void to be “in touch” with the magic that is blossoming in Cape Town.
Via Skype, telephone and email Marga and I connect to keep in touch with “developments”.
Here are a few glimpses (26 to 27 weeks into the pregnancy) of how things are developing:

Otherwise Raju is looking well after his “sir” and is dishing up new weird and (sometimes) wonderful Indian snacks/dishes that he thinks I should experience.
Also Sajid’s wife (Rubeena) seems to be healthy again and her final test earlier this week seems to have given her the “all clear”. So all is well with “sir” and his gang.
I’m keeping busy and I’m counting the days until I can join Marga in Cape Town.
I’ll leave you with this line - if someone can decipher it post a comment.
Abhi meri biwi sirf mera dil me, laiken mujhko meri biwi meri jevaan me chaaiye.

“You are the princess of my heart. You are my wife, my life, my need”.

Excellent Kyle - You are quite close - you got some keywords correct. Including heart (dil), wife (biwi), life (jeevan) and need (chaaiye).
I still have to learn the Hindi word for “princess” though”…
I’ll give another clue to decipher the correct meaning.
The structure is:
Right now ….., but …..

Hello there,
I happened to come across your blog because there is a link to it from Ann Fang’s blog.
I am always trying to find the meaning of hindi phrases… does your sentence mean : “right now my wife is in my heart only but i want my wife to be in my life” ?
February 12th, 2009 at 9:36 am
Correct.
Only substitute the “want” for “need”. (subjective though because chaaiye could be want, need or should)
Right now my wife is only in my heart, but I need my wife to be in my life.

Dis te diep vir woorde! Jou blog raak amper so stroopsoet soos n soap opera… Verlange, afstand, geskeurde harte, pregnancies, eensaamheid etc. Dink jy ons kan geld maak uit jou stories?

Word for princess is Rajkumari.
